Legal & Compliance

Atrium Health & Senior Living continues to seek opportunities to achieve our Mission and Vision, and practice our Core Values for the benefit of our valued residents, patients, their families and our team members. As a family of centers and communities, we work together each day to deliver health care that truly makes a difference in the lives we serve and sets the industry standard for exceptional care.

We recognize that in today’s highly regulated and competitive health care environment, the successful pursuit of those objectives depends not just on the clinical excellence and efficiency of the services we provide, but also on the strength of our character and our reputation for honesty, integrity, reliability, and respect among our residents and patients, their families and friends, the communities we serve, our provider partners, our payers, and anyone else who does business with us.

Below are some resources intended to help you understand, promote and help enforce the principles set forth in our Code of Conduct. We encourage you to actively participate in our efforts by asking questions, communicating openly, and raising concerns or reporting situations which you believe may constitute violations of those principles. We are committed to investigating all concerns and taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary, and we will not tolerate retaliation or retribution against any report made in good faith.

You can report concerns and questions to the Atrium Health & Senior Living Commitment Line by calling 1-855-600-5850 or visiting the website linked below. All reports can be made anonymously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
